Operations & Change Manager

I’ve been part of the Artorius family since inception in 2014. I started my journey as the Executive Assistant and Business Admin Manager supporting the executive team and helping to build the heart and culture of the business across the 3 offices. I now work on the operations side of the business, enjoying the variety of work; delving into and managing many different projects.

I’ve worked in the Financial Services sector since graduating from University more than 10 years ago. Prior to Artorius I worked at Baker Tilly/RSM Tenon supporting the Annuity Team and worked closely with directors’ project managing different developments during several acquisitions.

Over the years I have learnt and developed a variety of systems and processes and delivered staff training. I’ve found that with a diligent and articulate approach, this today contributes to ensuring the team at Artorius are supported to deliver an efficient and effective service for our clients.

I graduated with a 1st Class Honours degree in Criminology.

I really love music and enjoy watching live bands and artists at gigs and festivals, whilst surrounding myself with people who make me laugh. When I’m not in the office I love nothing more than putting on my headphones, switching off from the world and going for long distance runs.
